Apple will purposely required the software to check for components to make sure that neither the old Macs nor any Hackintosh builds will be able to install the final release. Something not stricken as form the Developers Beta yet. The next MacOS coming later this year has new hardware requirements. That said MacOS Majove is the last supported OS for the 5,1 cMP. But since seeing the new cMP introduced this year it's clear what Apple's intent was targeted towards. These are capable machines so I don't know why Apple thought it was necessary to prevent them from updating. Which lead to me scraping the partition and using a SSD. I ran into blue screen issues and the startup repair that Windows 10 has wasn't able to solve the issue.

However after the update to Windows 1903 something gone wrong with the boot up after the upgrade. Which didn't concern me since I had already created a Boot Camp partition years ago. Then as of 2018 the cMP 5,1 was also placed on the chopping block as like the prior cMP's before it. So I was able to update Boot Camp Assistant to change my partition I had years prior. Since my system was taken from a 4,1 to 5,1 status. During so with its required software provided by the YouTuber helped to get my 4,1 to run Boot Camp again. So I found a work around from YouTube that involved flashing the PRAM. Then in 2017 things changed to prevent the cMP 4,1 from running Boot Camp. Apple installs Windows support files after it finishes installing Windows itself.I've been running Windows for my cMP for many years while it was supported form the Boot Camp Assistant. There's an option above the slider that says "Choose a Windows 10 ISO file." Once you've set the partition sizes and have shown Boot Camp Assistant where the installation file is, the "Install" button begins setting up the Windows partition. Apple says that once the sizes of the partitions has been set, it can't be changed.

When you click "Continue" on the "Introduction" screen, you'll see a slider that lets you adjust the size of the macOS and Windows partitions. The Open Boot Camp Help button when you open Boot Camp Assistant will take you to Apple's support website, where you can find instructions how to proceed.
